hello
everyone,
we've got a new show booked....Spune and Magic Bullet
present "The Good Show Christmas Showcase Part
2" , sponsored by FW Weekly this saturday,
december 6th at the wreck room in fort worth....it's
a special show promoting the fort worth music scene....we
were recently added to the line-up so we're pretty
excited....the show starts at 8pm and we go on around
8:15....it's an early show, so if you already have
tickets to see Chris Gaines across town, then you'll
still have time to make it....tickets are only $3
and you get to see some other cool bands, including
daryl, tendril, record hop, and the alexander....the
guys from spune records have been doing a lot for
us and this will be the first time they see us live,
so we'll try to be extra loud....as always, check

hello
friends,
as you all know, we have been very busy lately (recording,
mixing, streaking, school, assault charges, child
custody battles in california, etc.)...but we're
done with all that now and ready to play some shows....we'll
be on the deck of cool beans in denton this thursday....it's
21 and up so remember your ID and flashlight...we
go on around 9:30 or 10 and will play a full set,
then kyle is going to do some solo acoustic stuff...come
out and pick up a cd if you don't have one yet,
and we will inform you of which cut*off member
was once beaten up while naked by an angered boyfriend...check

hello
friend,
here are some details about upcoming shows....on
oct. 25th we will be at fat daddy's in denton and
we play at 10:30....ned silver will be happy to
see the mad mexicans are playing with us....but
the big show is on oct. 30th at andy's bar in denton....not
only are we releasing our new cd, but we are also
playing with a couple of cool bands, resonwood and
post oak.....halloween technically starts at midnight
so come dressed up....the person we think has the
best costume will recieve a free copy of the new
album...the person who finishes in second place
gets to look at jayson's private part in the bathroom....cd's
will be going for $10.....we've worked really hard
to put out a good product and we hope you guys enjoy
it...bobby "squid" goode has promised
to do a tequila shot for every cd sold, so let's
all do our best to kill him...the festivities, including
the hump off, begin around 10pm....BOYD, BOYD,
BOYD, BOYD!!!!!!!!!!

our show for this saturday, the 18th, has been cancelled...there were
some miscommunications between us and the club,
but we'll be back there in a month....it's o.k.
though, now everyone can go check out built to spill
at the gypsy ballroom....anyway, our next show is
october 25th at fat daddy's for the battle of the
bands semi-final....we go on at 10:30.....and don't
forget about our denton cd release on oct 30th at
andy's bar in denton....you can take the opportunity
to ask jayson why he keeps getting beat up by little
kids...we'll send updates next week....go to the

hello
everyone,
thanks a ton to all those loyal fans who made it
out to the battle of the bands....we brought in
enough people to win our night and move on to the
finals.....we'll let you know the date of the finals
when we find out....for those who couldn't make
it, don't worry about it, we have a lot of shows
coming up....this saturday, october 11th, we will
be at the double-wide in dallas....it's a new bar
on commerce st.....we will be playing with our friends
budapest one and should go on around 11pm....our
first album, polarity, may be released at our october
30th show, but we'll let you know for sure...anyway,
thanks again for those who came out last night and
we hope to see you all soon.....go longhorns...
